I get an error 1402 error when installing, not when dowloading. I have administrator rights. Can you helP? Running xp service? pack 2. No virus or spyware on my pc which is just 4months old
1) Try to log out of windows and relogin as administrator or…2) hkey_local_machinesoftwarecl assesclsid{a996e48c-d3dc-424 4-89f7-afa33ec606679}progIDVerify that you have suffficient access to that key, or contact your support? personel.Can you check if that registry exists on your machine? Be careful or do not use regedit unless you are comfortable,? as it can mess up windows. I just google the 1402 error until I find something I can understand. If I did not find anything, I might submit support ticket to microsoft at msdn. Wade Harvey

By the way I called microsoft, but they don’t have? phone support for express programs.
